Receptions
The Receptions section allows customers to view and manage receptions associated with merchandise sent to warehouses through the Client Portal.
From this section, customers can view registered receptions, check their status, and create new pre-alerts to notify the warehouse in advance about incoming merchandise.

Receptions List
The list displays the registered receptions and their main information.
Identifies the reception within the Portal.
Indicates the current status of the reception.
Indicates the warehouse associated with the reception.
Indicates the number of packages registered in the reception.
Available Actions
Allows you to locate receptions within the list.
Allows you to access the details of a registered reception.
Allows you to modify a reception when its current status permits editing.
Allows you to delete a registered reception when this action is available.
Allows you to create a new pre-alert to notify the warehouse in advance about incoming merchandise.
Create Pre-Alert
The Create Pre-Alert option allows you to register a reception in advance before the merchandise arrives at the warehouse.
The process is divided into four stages:
- General Information
- Packages
- Documents
- Summary

1. General Information
The first stage allows you to define the destination warehouse, reception reference, and arrival information.
Allows you to select the warehouse where the merchandise will be sent.
Allows you to enter a reference to identify the pre-alert.
Allows you to add additional information related to the reception.
Allows you to specify the carrier associated with the arrival of the merchandise.
Allows you to enter the tracking number associated with the shipment.
Allows you to specify the estimated date on which the merchandise will arrive at the warehouse.
The Warehouse field is required to continue with the process.

2. Packages
The second stage allows you to register the packages that will be included in the reception.
Allows you to select the type of package to be registered.
Allows you to specify the number of pieces associated with the package.
Allows you to describe the contents of the package.
Allows you to enter the value associated with the package.
Allows you to specify the currency corresponding to the registered value.
Allows you to break down the contents of the package into individual items.
The Package Type, Pieces, and Contents fields are required to add a package to the reception.

3. Documents
The third stage allows you to attach the documentation required to complete the pre-alert.
Allows you to upload the document corresponding to the reception according to the defined requirements.
In the example shown, the Commercial Invoice document is required to continue.

4. Summary
The final stage allows you to review all the entered information before confirming the pre-alert.
This view displays a summary of:
- General Information
- Arrival Information
- Packages
Actions
Allows you to continue to the next stage of the process.
Allows you to return to the previous step to review or modify the entered information.
Closes the process without registering the pre-alert.
Completes the process and registers the pre-alert in the system.
View a Reception
From the Receptions list, you can access the details of a registered reception.
The detail view allows you to review the general information, process timeline, associated packages, uploaded documentation, and consolidated totals.

General Information
The General section contains the main information registered for the reception.
Identifies the reception within the system.
Indicates the warehouse associated with the reception.
Displays the reference registered for the reception when available.
Displays additional information associated with the reception when available.
Arrival Information
The Arrival Information section allows you to review the information registered regarding the arrival of the merchandise.
Indicates the carrier associated with the arrival.
Displays the tracking number registered for the arrival.
Indicates the estimated date reported for arrival at the warehouse.
Timeline
The Timeline section allows you to review the progression of the reception status.
This view may display statuses such as:
- Draft
- Pending Reception
- Received
Available Sections
At the bottom of the detail view, the Packages and Documents sections are available.
Packages
The Packages section allows you to review the details of the packages associated with the reception.
Identifies the package within the reception.
Indicates the registered package type.
Indicates the number of pieces associated with the package.
Displays the dimensions registered for the package.
Indicates the gross weight registered for the package.
Allows you to review the detailed contents registered within the package.
Documents
The Documents section allows you to review the documentation associated with the reception.
Totals
The Totals section summarizes the consolidated information for the reception.
Indicates the total number of registered packages.
Indicates the total volumetric weight calculated for the reception.
Indicates the total volume registered for the reception.
Indicates the total gross weight of the merchandise.
